Today it is a prominent brand of the global brewing empire SABMiller , which has also started brewing Pilsner Urquell in Poland] and Russia .

Prvni Novomestsky Restauracni Pivovar Praha (Prague ) A popular pub brewery .. founded in 1993 by Novomestsky Pivovar. In English the name is New Town Restaurant. The beer at the New Town Brewery is brewed with Ziemann equipment and uses exclusively Czech raw materials , i.e. Czech malt and Zatec hops. It is brewed in the traditional manner - a brewhouse, a fermenting cellar, and a storage cellar. The light or dark 11° unfiltered New Town wheat beer is free of preservatives and contains a full range of vitamin B and other minerals. It is a completely natural product. The beer is not filtered and has the opal hue of yeast.

 

Pivovar Ferdinand Benešov, Found in 1897, by Archduke Francis Ferdinand D'Este. It produces 50,000 hectolite annually The production of beer is based on an original recipe, where Czech malt and Žatecky hops are used

 

Pivovar Kutna Hora Kutna Hora The brewery was founded in 1559. It produces beer under the brands Dacicky and Lorec

 

Pivovar Nymburk Nymburk Founded 1895, by towns people with brewing privileges. From 1935 to 1951, the manager of this brewery was the father of recently deceased writer Bohumil Hrabal, who spent his youth there. His novel "Postriziny" is based on life at that brewery, and every beer from the brewery carries the label "Postrizinska."
