Notre Dame de Leffe

Notre Dame de Leffe - Belgium

The abbey "Notre Dame de Leffe" started brewing Leffe beers in 1152. After some disasters and human struggles the abbey stopped producing beers in 1794. In 1952 Lootvoet breweries in Overijse started a partnership to restart the production of Leffe beers. Alot of local Belgian breweries, including Lootvoet, were bought by Interbrew (which later merged into InBev). The beer is now brewed at the Stella Artois brewery in Leuven.

Its the law

Be aware of the local drinking laws. Anyone under the age of 21 who takes out household trash containing even a single empty alcohol beverage container can be charged with illegal possession of alcohol in Missouri. The legal age of drinking varies from state to state , province to province, country to country. Never drink and drive.
